HOW A SESSION WORKS
Every session opens the same way. What you’re building, what you need right now, what you can offer the room.
Then matching. You name what you’re missing, whether that’s a co-founder, a technical lead, a first client or an intro, and the room fills it. Every offer gets written down and followed up the week after.
Once a month we go deeper. One founder in the Hot Seat with the full room on their problem. A real market problem on the table. A practitioner sharing what actually worked. Or Deal Room, for partnership and client needs.
